Why Membership Matters to Frontline Asset Strategies
Membership with trade associations in the accounts receivable management industry is important to Frontline for many reasons. The economic and legislative landscape is continually changing at both local and national levels as they pertain to the industry. It’s important to us that we remain current and continue to respect and adhere to all guidelines as they are provided. RMAI and ACA provide us timely updates to help us ensure we continue to remain comprehensively aligned with all regulatory requirements.
“Memberships are a way of aligning ourselves with other professionals committed to integrity and professionalism. They also provide valuable and insightful media for ongoing training and industry education. We appreciate being able to share these resources across our organization to provide our team members career development opportunities and to remain unified in our understanding of and commitment to best practices,” states Tom Clement, Chief Sales Officer at Frontline Asset Strategies.
Member of Receivables Management Association International
Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) is a nonprofit trade association leading our industry in the formation and ongoing refinement of rigorous and uniform industry standards. We adhere to its Code of Ethics and participate in association events. The 8 canons of the code of ethics include integrity, competence, confidentiality, communications, industry reputation, respect for the judicial system, respect for the association, and discipline. We understand that the accounts receivable management industry has a duty to thoughtfully consider and protect the privacy of sensitive data and the rights of the consumers we serve, and those are responsibilities we take seriously.
Distinction Through RMAI Certification
One of the most recognized certifications in our industry is Receivables Management Association International’s Certified Receivables Business certification. To earn this distinction, Frontline Asset Strategies had to prove the implementation of a robust set of requirements and best practices, pass a criminal background check, complete continuing education requirements, and successfully complete a self-compliance audit and a full third-party audit performed by an RMAI Authorized Audit Provider. We are proud to be the very first RMAI certified collection agency! Our CRB certification actively demonstrates our continued commitment to ethical standards and best practices. These high standards help us to ensure we raise the bar well above requirements to make sure we do right by our clients and their consumers at all times.
Membership with ACA International
As members of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, we are committed to the Collector’s Pledge and we train our team accordingly. As per the pledge which we expect our team members to follow, we recognize every individual’s worth and every individual’s right to be treated with dignity and respect. We strive to make it our responsibility to professionally and ethically help consumers find ways to pay their just debts. The education and compliance resources ACA provides support us in training our representatives with trustworthy resources for ongoing learning about compliance and professionalism.
Better Business Bureau Accreditation and A+ Rating
We are proud to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau and to maintain our A+ rating. We work hard to exceed client and consumer expectations with superb customer service and prompt attention to all inquiries and concerns. We understand that debt can be stressful. Our goal is to assist individuals in resolving their accounts with courtesy, forthrightness, and clarity. It’s important to us that we earn and maintain trust within our industry and with the customers we serve, and we’re eager to continue to do so.
