In certain limited instances, outside of Frontline’s control, a creditor may choose to pursue legal remedies to recover a debt. Our agents are trained to provide true and accurate information while discussing a debt and will never threaten legal action, or mention legal action, unless the creditor has specifically identified an account as a candidate for potential legal action.
