Frontline Asset Strategies is proud to spotlight Christina Palmer, Vice President of Strategy and Process. In this role, Ms. Palmer helps lead the company by increasing the efficiency of business processes and achieving lasting solutions that provide Frontline with a competitive advantage and increased revenue.

Christina Palmer is a problem solver and not afraid to think outside of the box and consider an approach or new technology that can move the company forward and help consumers. With her ability to synthesize varying points of view and see the larger picture, she develops and implements scalable processes that increase staff productivity and boost performance. When evaluating strategies, she is cognizant of consumers’ desires to resolve their debts with the fewest phone calls possible. Embracing new compliance regulations, she assists Frontline in the deployment of technology and processes that make the most sense for employees, clients, and consumers.

Christina brings more than 20 years of experience in the accounts receivable management industry. With a strong history of technology design and implementation, process innovation, data analysis, compliance, and acquisitions, she is a utility player with a passion for propelling the company forward through increased efficiency.

Throughout her career, Ms. Palmer has successfully managed 100 million dollars in revenue and an 85 million dollar operating budget. With previous leadership roles in a wide variety of departments, she has both a “whole organism” understanding of how businesses succeed at the corporate level and a detail-oriented perspective of a company’s parts. Her experience includes business intelligence, portfolio analytics, inventory management, vendor management, financial planning & analysis, legal, compliance, workforce management, and international operations.

Christina actively engages in community initiatives and donates her time to make a direct and immediate impact on the causes she supports. On a personal level, she is passionate about environmental sustainability and reducing our ecological footprint. She also gives direct assistance to persons and families experiencing homelessness in her community. Ms. Palmer and her husband are longtime active supporters of educational sponsorships and provide school supplies, books, uniforms, and tuition to children experiencing poverty in Africa. She is the proud mother of two children and resides in Gainesville, FL with her husband and family.
