What Does It Mean to be an Accredited Business?

Only businesses with a B rating or higher are eligible for accreditation. To earn accreditation, we completed the review and verification process to ensure that we uphold the BBB Accreditation Standards. What Does Our A+ Rating Mean?

The BBB assigns business ratings using a letter scale of A+ (highest) to F (lowest). The rating a business receives represents the Better Business Bureau’s opinion of how the business is likely to interact with its customers. Ratings are calculated using a proprietary formula based on 13 weighted elements that total 100 points. Scoring elements include complaint volume, unanswered complaints, unresolved complaints, failure to address complaint pattern, transparent business practices, and more. Frontline’s A+ rating indicates that our total score for the 13 rating elements is a minimum of 97 points out of 100 and signifies a high degree of confidence that we operate in a trustworthy manner and make a good faith efforts to resolve any consumer concerns that are filed with the BBB.
