February 2020Frontline Asset Strategies (FAST), a tech-enabled, nationally licensed and bonded full-service collection agency specializing in Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) solutions, recently attended the 2020 RMAI Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV.

Hosted by Receivables Management Association International, the RMAI Annual Conference gathers professionals from across the globe. As the premier event for the receivables management industry, debt buyers, originating creditors, collection agencies, law firms, brokers, and affiliates attend the conference for three days of regulatory updates, industry education, business opportunities, and networking events. This year, the conference was held at the Aria Resort and Casino from February 3-6.

With over 550 companies represented and over 1200 attendees, the three-day RMAI Annual Conference is one of the largest conferences in the receivables management industry. Each year, attendees gather in Las Vegas to attend educational sessions, take part in networking sessions, and explore emerging technologies.

“We were thrilled to continue our annual participation at the 2020 RMAI Annual Conference. Our industry is changing more rapidly with each month that goes by and the educational sessions and regulatory updates we receive are absolutely invaluable,” says Troy Tratar, VP of Technical Operations. “Exploring the exhibitor booths, networking, and discussing emerging technologies helps us to examine the industry trends and innovative solutions that are guiding the receivables industry today. This information enables us to make consumer-centric decisions when updating and/or deploying technology, updating our procedures, and streamlining our processes. Our company continues to grow thanks to the knowledge we receive and the relationships we build at the Annual Conference and we are already looking forward to next year!”
