How to make a payment with the iConnect247 App
Launch the IConnect 247 app. Here you will be asked to search for a company by either scanning a QR Code or by typing in the company name.
Scanning the QR code will take you directly to the company screen, otherwise you may type in “Frontline Asset Strategies” into the search bar and access the screen as shown below.
Click the disclosure agreement, read it carefully, and click Proceed.
On the next screen, type in your Account/File number and the last 4 of your SSN. Once completed, click Continue.
You will be given the opportunity to set up your accounts profile. Fill in the information requested to enhance your experience with our mobile app.
On the next screen you will find all of your account information. Be sure this information is correct and click the green Make a Payment button at the bottom of the screen.
With this screen, you will see your current account balance, your payment history, and other payment options. For now, you can make a payment by selecting the green Make Payment button.
On the next screen, you will be able to enter a payment, talk with an agent, or request a callback if you have any questions about your account.
To make your payment, type in the amount you wish to pay and click the green Pay Now button.
The last step is to enter your credit/debit card information, agree to the payment disclosure, and click Submit.
