FAST employees have the flexibility to work with their supervisors to set their schedules within the hours of operation while meeting position and team requirements.


FAST provides the tools for you to succeed. All new employees are given an industry overview covering current trends, topics and techniques as well as compliance training and testing. Through in-house training, new and seasoned call center agents and collectors learn and refresh on appropriate laws governing the industry and become proficient on customer service, our computer systems, time management, skip tracing, credit report reviews, negotiation tactics and more.
